It really depends on your project, but in general we always do our best to finalize a task within 2-3 business days. Of course, this is being discussed beforehand with the customer as we take into account our clients’ preferences and deadlines, if applicable. 

In any case you will be provided with a realistic turnaround so that you can also schedule your business plans.

At Muze we like to say that “simplicity is good for the soul”. We trust our clients and that’s why we don’t engage them with any serious obligations. That being said, feel free to cancel your subscription by letting us know and we will make sure to arrange that. 

In case the final date of your paid period is still far away, you will be able to access your account by then. After that period your account will be archived and any projects will not be visible anymore. No additional costs will be charged on your account.

To take advantage of our free trial, all you need to do is fill in your details and “test” us for one week. You get 7 days free of charge where you have the chance to try some of our most common practices and see if it will be ‘your thing’.

In case you decide to keep on working with Muze, you can contact us and get into details of what you need and, of course, for when it should be ready. This way we will be able to discuss all the necessities with you and offer you the most appropriate plan for your goals.

To get the picture, here are some more details about the different plans and what the trial would cover:

→ Muze Graphics – If you choose to try out our graphic work, you will be able to have max. 3 requests done. Basically, it’s up to you to decide what kind of banners you would like to receive. Please also note that during the free trial the graphic you will receive will only be with a watermark.

→ Muze Video – By trying out our video editing service, you get the chance to file in 1 video request. This includes a video up to 15 seconds in length as well as multiple revision requests during that period. Just like with Graphics, the video design you receive will only have a watermark on it.

Since it’s a free trial, we hope that you will understand it cannot cover everything. Therefore, things like multiple page design requests or sophisticated and time-consuming visuals are not included.

However, by knowing what you want and how you want it, you will grant yourself a 7-day experience that will prove you’ve made the right choice. It’s absolutely possible for you to get a good idea of how Muze works in such a short period – confirmed by clients!
